Job summary

CIBSE Journal is seeking a Static HVAC Engineer to be site-based at a Data Centre in Park Royal (NW10). You will provide on-site engineering support, maintaining and fault-diagnosing VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, CCU, CRAC, and split systems.

Minimum 5 years' experience with these systems is required, plus NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and refrigeration, F‑Gas and DBS clearance. 40-hour week with overtime at 1.5x/2x and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience across VRV/VRF and multi-split systems.
• Experience with chillers, AHU and FCU.
• Experience on Data Centre cooling systems (DX, CCU, CRAC).
• Completed service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair.

Responsibilities

Position: Static HVAC Engineer
Location: Park Royal – NW10

Our client is seeking an HVAC Engineer to provide engineering support to the regional client portfolio, including technical and engineering needs. They are a successful HVAC Manufacturer that operates across 65 countries and has been in operation for over 100 years.

The HVAC engineer who will site based on a Data Centre in Park Royal (NW10) Day to day will be carrying out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and fault diagnosis on VRV, VRF, Chillers, AHUs, CCU, CRAC, & Split systems.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience working across VRV.VRF, Split, Multi Split
• Hold knowledge of chillers, AHU, and FCU
• Must have experience on Data Centre/Comms rooms cooling systems such as DX, CCU, CRAC
• Previously completed service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
• Hold minimum NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and refrigeration
• F–Gas
• Able to pass DBS/secruit site clearance

Position Remuneration

• 50,000 – 55,000 per annum depending on experience
• 40–hour week
• Overtime paid 1.5 & 2x
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
• Option for an additional 5 days' holiday through salary sacrifice
