Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Fabric Engineer for a static site in Long Sutton. The role involves carrying out fabric maintenance, both planned and reactive, on an industrial site with occasional travel to nearby locations.

You will oversee repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures and ensure site standards align with brand requirements. The position offers a basic salary up to £35,000, with overtime and potential career progression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site walks and audits to ensure site standards are met.
• Carry out fabric and finish repairs (walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures) and site upgrades.
• Ensure customer-facing areas are clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on the static site and occasional travel to local sites.
