Qualifications

• Good communication skills both written and spoken.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Good organisational skills.
• Basic PC skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing general building maintenance service.
• Upkeep of plant rooms and equipment.
• Cleaning and painting of equipment and floors.
• Delivery of spares to site.
• Basic building maintenance tasks including meter readings.
• Regular communication with clients and suppliers.
• Organising work and time efficiently.
• Submitting clear, concise reports and timesheets.
• Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression.
