The role offers a basic salary of £40,000, a £2,000 bonus, 33-day holiday entitlement, pension, overtime opportunities and an on-call rota of 1 in 5. The employer highlights steady growth and long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs across building services and electrical systems.
• Strong health and safety knowledge is essential.
• On-site maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
