Static Electrical Building Services Engineer

A leading FM company with contracts in high-end offices, universities, sporting grounds, and other commercial buildings is currently seeking an experienced Static Electrical Building Services Engineer based in London. The role offers a salary of up to £40k, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular PPMs on all electrical systems and assist with mechanical plant PPMs.
• Assist with breakdowns on all mechanical plant electrical systems.
• Complete emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, and small work installations.
• Perform reactive electrical work and maintenance.
• Act as the first point of contact for the client on site.

Requirements:

• Experience in PPMs on all electrical systems.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Electrics Level 2, with 17th/18th edition certifications.
• Fault finding and repair experience on all electrical systems.
• Availability to work on-site from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must be within easy access to London.

Salary: Up to £40K plus overtime, package, and company benefits. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
