Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only.

I am currently representing an excellent building services company that is in need of a Semi Static Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer to operate across 3 campuses at Queen Mary University in East London.

The company has over 150 staff, including engineers from various disciplines such as heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical & general M&E maintenance.

Site cluster:

All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London.

In this role, you will look after a cluster of sites, carrying out visual checks and reactive maintenance on:

• VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits
• AHUs, Humidifiers, Temperature control monitoring
• Fan Coil Units, Pumps & Motors
• General Mechanical PPMs

Must be NVQ Level 2 Qualified as a minimum standard.

Package:

• £40 to 45k Basic
• Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone, and training provided
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with half-hour lunch
• Private use of van allowed
• Overtime available
• Call Out on a 1 in 7 basis with £200 per week retainer, paid at x1.5 door-to-door
• SSP
• 28 days holiday per annum
• Engineer provides own hand tools
• Company Pension Scheme
• 6-month probation
• Pay weekly or monthly to suit
