Main Duties

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete reports
• Perform reactive and emergency breakdown tasks
• Participate in a call-out rota for out-of-hours cover
• Supervise visiting subcontractors regarding work quality and health & safety
• Assist with other properties within the portfolio as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
• Work safely and diligently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance on systems such as UPS, plumbing, boilers, cooling towers, fan coil units, AHUs, heating pumps

Requirements / Qualifications

• F-Gas certification
• Mechanical or HVAC qualifications
