We are looking for a HVAC Engineer to join the team at the European Headquarters of an innovative international company.
In this role, you will be based at a static site, managing all aspects of facilities maintenance, including reactive breakdowns, PPM, and servicing.
You will work on a range of systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fan coil units, heating, and air handling systems. The role is 40 hours per week but requires flexibility to work on an out-of-hours on-call rota for emergency breakdown cover.
Responsibilities include identifying and managing risks to the client through equipment on-site, including critical spares, improving equipment performance, managing environmental conditions via the BMS system, and running all equipment efficiently. You will also be involved in improving and implementing the preventative maintenance program.
You will use new equipment and technologies to maintain a comfortable environment and liaise with the client regarding reactive and PPM tasks.
Fault finding on all types of HVAC equipment, with a focus on the maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning systems, is required. You must have the necessary qualifications in handling refrigerants and F-Gas.
