Emerald Zebra Ltd is seeking a driven CEO or Chief Commercial Officer to lead a new international crypto-fiat digital banking venture. The role targets turning a strong foundation into scalable growth across both B2B and B2C markets, shaping market positioning and building the team required to launch globally.

You will own commercial strategy, drive revenue models, and establish partnerships with financial institutions and payment providers while collaborating with product and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and scaling a fintech business.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to turn opportunities into measurable results.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in dynamic fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and develop profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C and international markets.
• Build and optimise the business model, revenue streams and unit economics.
• Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives, including partnerships and business development.
