As a Self‑Employed Estate Agent, you’ll generate leads, conduct valuations, win instructions, negotiate sales and manage clients throughout their property journey, with the freedom to decide how you work and where you work, backed by a flexible commission

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience within the UK.
• Experience winning instructions and negotiating sales.
• Strong local market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
