As a Self-Employed Estate Agent, you’ll own your area, generate leads, conduct valuations, win instructions and manage clients, while enjoying the freedom to decide how you work and grow, backed by the Nested platform.

Formación

• Ideal candidate has UK estate agency experience and a strong track record.
• Experience winning instructions and negotiating sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local market and communities is essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for client service.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads and build a local pipeline for your area.
• Conduct valuations and win instructions from clients.
• Negotiate sales and manage clients throughout the journey.
• Operate with autonomy while leveraging Nested HQ support.
