As a Self-Employed Estate Agent in your local area, you'll generate leads, conduct valuations, win instructions, negotiate sales and manage clients along their property journey, while enjoying a flexible, entrepreneur-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience within the UK.
• Experience winning instructions and negotiating sales.
• Strong local market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and win instructions for properties in your area.
• Conduct valuations and advise clients on pricing and listings.
• Negotiate sales and manage client communications through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and colleagues.
• Operate with a flexible, self-employed approach while leveraging Nested resources.
