Job summary

Bigblue UK in Wimbledon is seeking a Site Manager to take full start-to-finish ownership of a £7m luxury single dwelling. You will oversee groundworks through to handover, delivering bespoke finishes and maintaining strict quality standards on a high-profile project.

You’ll work closely with a Project Manager and Director, manage subcontractors and trades, and keep the programme on track while ensuring site safety and a down-to-earth team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong prime residential experience.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects.
• Experience managing builds at similar scale and complexity.
• Ability to coordinate with project manager and director.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day delivery of a £7m luxury new-build from groundworks to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site logistics.
• Keep programme moving; maintain high standards of quality and finish.
• Coordinate with visiting Project Manager and Director.
• Take ownership of bespoke packages and one-off elements.
