Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Starbucks

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, acting as a key support to the Store Manager.

Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales and profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing duties. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
