Starbucks Assistant Store Manager: The Heart of the Operation

Let's be totally honest. Running a high-volume Starbucks inside a bustling hotel is a different beast. If you want to hide in a back office staring at spreadsheets while the milk boils over, look away now. We need an Assistant Store Manager who leads from the front, understands the commercial numbers, and keeps the team smiling during a massive morning rush.

The Reality of the Role

This is where operational grit meets people development. You will forecast labour, tackle the rota, and analyse data to drive commercial performance. But you will also be right there on the floor, coaching a new barista, handling customer hiccups flawlessly, and ensuring the coffee is perfect. Hospitality is fast-paced, so you will need to be flexible with early starts, evenings, and weekends.
