Welcome Break in Abington (near Biggar) is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Starbucks site. This full-time role offers a rewarding salary package with a bonus scheme and a £10 meal allowance per shift.

You will help lead the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great service. You will support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coaching the team on shift, managing stock and routines, and preparing the unit for busy

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to deliver great customer service and welcoming experiences.
• Able to lead from the front, coach others and stay organized in busy periods.
