Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for the M40 Services operation near Warwick. You’ll help lead the team day to day, maintain standards, and ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and a great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching on shift, managing stock and routines, and ensuring the unit is clean, well-organised, and ready for each rush. Training and progression to Store Manager are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead from the front and coach others on shift.
• Strong focus on standards, compliance, and delivering strong sales performance.
• Willingness to develop toward Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.
