Demographics: The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 4,114 adults. The Coachman Whickham customer base is made up of midlife and mature adults.

The offer: Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up 28 % of the pubs total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, live entertainment and selection of pubs games, such as pool.
