Stantec UK LIMITED is offering a Degree Apprentice (Level 6) Civil Engineer position in Bristol as part of the Apprenticeship Programme. You will gain hands-on experience while achieving academic qualifications, working with a team delivering major infrastructure projects.

You’ll develop CAD/Civil 3D and GIS skills, contribute to sustainable solutions, and work alongside Senior Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• GCSEs including Mathematics and English (grade 5 or 6 or above).
• BBC, including Mathematics & An Analytical Science (grade B or above).
• Mathematics (grade Merit or above).

Work

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you'll do at work

Dive into the hands-on world of Civil Engineering design.

• You’ll be producing detailed drawings and technical models for crucial infrastructure projects
• You'll be trained to master powerful industry software such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), especially AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to accurately map, model, and visualize solutions
• Contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions—from concept to delivery
• You’ll assist Senior Engineers across the entire project lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary experts, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, to ensure that we are always delivering the most innovative and efficient solution for our clients

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
