Go Construct offers a Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6) in Civil Engineering to join our Apprentice Programme in the Civil Engineering team based in Redditch. You’ll gain hands-on experience and academic qualifications to launch a career in civil engineering.

The apprenticeship includes CAD/Civil 3D and GIS training, with Coventry University block release, and 20% of hours spent training. Start date: 01 September 2027, duration 5 years, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualificações

• GCSE Maths and English at required grades.
• BBC including Mathematics & Analytical Science (grade B or above).
• Mathematics grade Merit or above.

Work

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands‑on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you'll do at work

Dive into the hands‑on world of Civil Engineering design. You’ll be producing detailed drawings and technical models for crucial infrastructure projects.

You'll be trained to master powerful industry software such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), especially AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to accurately map, model, and visualise solutions.

Contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions - from concept to delivery. You’ll assist Senior Engineers across the entire project lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary experts, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, to ensure that we are always delivering the most innovative and efficient solution for our clients.
