Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator for a contract role in Surrey, UK, supporting a global biopharmaceutical organisation focused on neurological and immunological diseases.

You will coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement under the guidance of the Large Capital Projects Change Lead and prepare communications for diverse audiences.

This role also involves coordinating engagement with the UK Talent and UK Communications teams to drive cross-functional awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, PR, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, employee engagement, event coordination or project support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement activities under the direction of the Large Capital Projects Change Lead.
• Prepare project communication materials (presentations, announcements, notes, FAQs, updates).
• Coordinate engagement and awareness initiatives across impacted teams.
• Act as the operational liaison with the UK Talent and UK Communications teams.
