Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a DCO Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination and documentation support to the Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation Team for the Heathrow West Terminal DCO pre-application process.

Reporting to the Senior DCO Engagement and Consultation Manager, you will help plan and deliver technical and community engagement and statutory consultation activities, ensuring meetings, materials and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
Experience supporting public meetings, exhibitions, or community events.
Strong administrative and document management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
Experience in regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

Consultation Administration & Logistics: schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings and events; manage invitations and venues; prepare meeting packs; support on-site and virtual events; assist with evening/weekend sessions.
Documentation & Record Management: prepare meeting notes, action logs and issue trackers; maintain version-controlled records; manage stakeholder databases; organize materials in data systems; support audit trails.
Engagement & Consultation Materials Support: format and quality-check materials, notices, letters, FAQs and briefing packs; ensure accessibility and formatting standards; coordinate printing and distribution.
Team Coordination & Integration: provide admin support for the engagement team; ensure consistency in templates and filing protocols.
