Jacobs is seeking a Communications & Engagement Consultant to help explain and celebrate large infrastructure and built-environment projects. You will craft stories and campaigns, translating complex technical information into accessible content for diverse audiences.

As a Communications & Engagement Consultant, you'll help ensure important projects are understood, celebrated and supported by the people they affect.

You'll

  • Create compelling stories, content and campaigns that engage internal and external audiences

Here's what you'll need

We're looking for a creative, proactive communications professional with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.

Working closely with clients, project teams and colleagues across Jacobs, you'll create content that people genuinely want to read, watch and share. From newsletters and social media content to project case studies, presentations and digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in bringing projects, priorities and people to life.

You'll help manage communication channels, support stakeholder engagement activities, identify compelling stories and contribute to campaigns that raise awareness of the incredible work being delivered across the infrastructure and built environment sectors.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
