Job summary

Savaria UK is hiring a Field Service Engineer to cover the Wakefield area. The role involves installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts in customers' homes, requiring a hands-on, practical approach and the ability to work independently.

You will travel within your region and take part in an on-call rota with some overtime opportunities. Full training is provided, and a genuine drive to deliver excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on, practical role and comfortable using tools in customers' environments.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage workload and schedule.
• Willingness to learn and undertake full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair stairlifts in customers' homes.
• Plan and manage daily workload while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Travel within the Wakefield region with occasional on-call requirements.
