Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the Wakefield area in a hybrid, full-time role. You will install, service and repair stairlifts in customers’ homes, managing your own workload and delivering a professional experience.

Full training is provided and a full, clean UK driving licence is required. You’ll work a Monday–Thursday 8:00–16:30, Friday 8:00–15:30, with weekend availability and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on, practical role, comfortable using tools and working in customers’ environments.
• Exposure to electrical work, joinery, mechanical tasks or installation-based work.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed, with motivation to maximise performance and earnings.
• Ability to manage your own time effectively, plan your day and work independently.
• Customer-focused approach, with good communication skills and a professional manner.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work overtime and take part in an on-call rota.
