Job summary

Edinburgh Science Foundation is seeking a proactive manager to lead staff management and provide project support across our core programmes, including Edinburgh Science Festival and Generation Science.

You will oversee recruitment, training and performance of temporary staffing and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver projects on scope and budget. Interviews are 9-10 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and training of temporary staff for Generation Science and the Edinburgh Science Festival.
• Support planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget and schedule alongside the Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate interview process and contribute to staffing decisions.
