The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, a strong technical background, and is a hands-on builder. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution for defense-related products, engaging with senior technical stakeholders and making informed product decisions based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or a deeply technical product role where you were hands-on.
• Experience training or evaluating models is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to allied partner nations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and execution for product areas within Global Defense.
• Write specs, prototype solutions, and dig into technical architecture with engineers.
