Job summary

Arm is seeking a senior QA engineering lead in the CE-SW group to drive validation for cloud and data center software on next‑generation Arm architectures.

You will guide a team delivering complex software across SoC, firmware and system software, ensuring robust validation and scale. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on QA, offering growth in a pioneering hardware ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ programming for low-level system validation and Python/Shell scripting.
• Deep knowledge of Linux server ecosystem: firmware, kernel, drivers, networking, storage, bring-up.
• Experience with server management and BMC-based platforms.
• Experience with application and embedded processors in complex SoCs.
• Understanding of secure boot, firmware authentication, reset flows, IPC, and mailbox mechanisms.
• Hands-on validation, debugging, and stress-testing across CPU/memory I/O, RAS/Telemetry, PCIe, NVMe, Ethernet.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and lead a team of QA engineers delivering software for cloud and data center products.
• Develop engineering capability and drive delivery across SoC, firmware and system software.
• Lead and mentor QA to shape scalable, reliable validation for Arm architectures.
