The Stepstone Group is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction across Talent Profile, Company Profile and Salary Products. You will lead architecture, ensure quality, and collaborate with engineering and product leaders to simplify complex domains.

You will mentor engineers, drive documentation and best practices, and contribute to a culture of high performance. Hybrid work is offered with in-office days to collaborate and innovate.

Formación

• Staff-level engineering background with deep expertise in .NET and React, delivering large-scale systems.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems on AWS with secure development and governance.
• Strong frontend expertise including design systems, accessibility WCAG, and client-side state management.
• Hands-on work with microservices and micro-frontends in enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead domain-level technical initiatives, remain hands-on in code and drive architecture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to simplify domain complexity and evolve the ecosystem.
• Drive engineering maturity and architectural alignment across the Chapter and organization.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing across teams and the broader community.
• Ensure architectural, engineering, and security health while promoting innovative culture.
