Qualifications

• Staff or Lead Engineer owning complex, mission-critical systems end-to-end.
• Deep hands-on TypeScript, Node.js backend, React frontend, and relational DB.
• Experience deploying pragmatic AI/LLM tooling in production.
• Startup/scale-up background with ambiguity-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale an end-to-end vertical domain.
• Deploy AI to automate tenant management, finances, and maintenance.
• Design data migration and infra to port acquired portfolios quickly.
