Job summary

Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the company's technical direction, architecture, and execution. You will lead by example, delivering scalable software and guiding teams through complex design decisions.

In this role you’ll apply your deep technical expertise to build products that empower freelancers and clients, while mentoring engineers and addressing cross-cutting architectural challenges.
