Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Staff Security Architect to shape the next generation of enterprise, cloud, platform, and AI-enabled security. You will influence architectural direction across global environments, partnering with engineering, infrastructure, product, and security teams.

You’ll lead design reviews, drive secure development practices, and implement mitigations for AI data, models, prompts, and integration security while balancing business needs and risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in security architecture, security engineering, or related disciplines with leadership at senior or staff level.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture across cloud, application, network, identity, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-based and containerised environments (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of IAM, PKI, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, TLS, secrets management, and cloud KMS/HSMs.
• Experience with secure software development, threat modelling, CI/CD, and engineering mitigations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security concepts and evaluating risks in AI-enabled systems.
