Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Security Architect to shape the security of enterprise, cloud, and AI-enabled technology. You will partner with engineering, security, and product teams to identify systemic risk and craft scalable security patterns for global environments.

The role demands deep security architecture expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to guide secure adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI and agent-based systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of security architecture / engineering experience with leadership at senior levels.
• Deep knowledge across cloud, application, network, identity, and enterprise security.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud) and secure software development.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML security risks, including LLMs and agentics.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and approve security architecture across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS.
• Lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Define security requirements for AI data, models, prompts, and integrations.
• Drive security throughout the software delivery lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
