Job summary

Feeld is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer (React Native / Mobile) to join our fully remote team and lead the mobile platform’s architecture, performance, and cross‑platform quality. You will own the React Native foundation, iOS/Android delivery practices, and help scale the product for millions of users.

You’ll operate as a Staff‑level IC on the Platform team, partner with Product and Design, drive technical standards, and mentor other engineers while delivering reliable, observable mobile

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC role designing, coding, reviewing, and shipping React Native features.
• Deep knowledge of iOS/Android delivery practices.
• Experience owning mobile architecture (navigation, state, data layers).
• Track record scaling B2C mobile apps with high reliability and performance.
• Production ownership: incident response, debugging, observability improvements.
• Delivery systems: CI/CD, automated testing, release management.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Feeld’s React Native/mobile architecture across iOS and Android.
• Drive performance and quality improvements (rendering, startup, app size).
• Lead technical discovery and delivery for platform initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into robust plans.
• Improve production ownership: instrumentation, alerts, dashboards, runbooks.
