As a React Native Engineer, you will take responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing new features that will enhance the user experience of a unique SaaS platform. You'll optimise performance, integrate with backend services, and ensure high-quality code delivery. Your contribution will be key to scaling the mobile app, driving product enhancements, and improving the overall user experience.
In this role, you will develop and implement new features in our React Native mobile application for iOS and Android, collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable code. You’ll be responsible for optimising the app’s performance, reliability, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms. You’ll also work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between the mobile app and backend services. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure the app is stable and performs well. In collaboration with designers, you will implement pixel-perfect UI designs, ensuring the best possible user experience. Furthermore, you will participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
