What will you be doing?
As a Staff Product Owner, you will play a pivotal leadership role, guiding a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts while taking full ownership of the product strategy and development lifecycle for our Retail solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define the overarching vision for multiple products—across both software and hardware. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring that features and solutions are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively communicated to engineering teams. Additionally, you'll work to ensure that support teams are fully prepared to deliver exceptional service for new products and enhancements.
Your leadership will extend beyond your immediate team, as you'll actively support the Head of Retail Technology, regularly engaging with senior executives and contributing to high-level strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
