Job summary

Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape growth-focused design across our platform. You will define and drive growth initiatives, collaborate with product, eng, data, and marketing to validate hypotheses, and deliver high-impact experiences with deliberate motion and fast iteration.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional influence, and ownership of the end-to-end user journey, including onboarding, pricing, and subscription experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role.
• Experience in growth design, onboarding flows, pricing pages, or subscription models.
• Portfolio with AI-powered features or AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Design Initiatives across multiple growth projects.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data analysts, and marketing to test hypotheses.
• Partner with design system teams to meet Growth needs with motion and transitions.
• Design, prototype, and run speed experiments using data insights.
• Mentor and guide other Product Designers and improve design practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve end-to-end user journeys.
• Communicate clearly to align teams and stakeholders.
