Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure across AI and Agentic AI Platform hosting environments. You will implement the technical vision for foundational services enabling multi-cloud hosting with GitOps and automation.

Qualifications

Experience building platform services and infrastructure at scale.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and IaC tooling (Terraform).
Proven track record with multi-cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and GitOps workflows (Argo CD).

Responsibilities

Build reusable platform modules and templates for environment provisioning in AWS/Azure.
Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines with auditable delivery.
Automate onboarding and environment setup for application teams.
Deliver runbooks and self-healing automation for critical services.
Drive platform architecture for shared hosting and delivery pipelines across clouds.
