Pfizer is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure for AI and Agentic AI platform hosting across multi-cloud environments. You will help standardize patterns, automate deployments, and enable GPU enablement, autoscaling, and GitOps-driven operations.

In a hybrid work setting, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation while ensuring compliance and reliability at scale.

Competenze

• Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Argo CD).
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and GitOps workflows.

Mansioni

• Build reusable modules for environment provisioning in AWS and Azure.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines with auditable delivery.
• Automate onboarding and environment setup for application teams.
• Deliver runbooks and self-healing automation for critical services.
• Contribute to platform architecture for shared hosting and delivery pipelines across clouds.
• Design multi-cloud infra patterns using IaC and GitOps.
• Drive Kubernetes orchestration, autoscaling and workload isolation.
• Refine standards for observability, security and compliance.
