Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse - Ward to join our Elective Surgical Ward on a bank/ad-hoc basis. You’ll be part of a busy, consultant-led team, delivering high standards of patient care on an ad-hoc basis with flexible hours to fit availability.

You’ll bring NMC registration, post-registration experience, and strong communication to support patients and colleagues across departments in a wide range of surgical services.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC).
• Post-registration nursing experience relevant to ward duties.
• Qualifications and experience aligned with ongoing registration requirements.

• Join a close-knit ward team led by our DOCs on a consultant-led ward.
• Fully understand and attend to each patient’s needs with attention to detail.

Staff Nurse - Ward (Bank) Taunton Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part Time | Up to £21 per hour depending on experience

As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at our Taunton Hospital you’ll drive the standard in patient care.

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.

As a Staff Nurse - Ward, you will:

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker
• Join a close-knit team headed by our DOCs on our consultant-led ward
• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs
• Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
• Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care
