Job summary

Find Medic is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join a UK nursing home team dedicated to delivering high-quality elderly care. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered support, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as RGN or RMN.
• 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Compassionate and caring attitude toward residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration and coordination with healthcare professionals.
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise and manage care assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Follow all policies to deliver person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Manage emergencies during shifts.
