Job summary

Find Medic is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join a UK nursing home team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centered care.

You will assess residents, update care plans, and keep accurate records while adapting to changing needs. The ideal candidate holds NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, with 1–2 years’ experience in a nursing home or similar setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities
