Staff Nurse – Pre-Assessment

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital | Pre-Assessment | Permanent | Part-time

Salary: Up to £34,250 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience

Hours: 15 hours per week

As a Staff Nurse in Pre-Assessment at our Cambridge Hospital, you’ll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented, and empathetic. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, such as the NMC, and you bring relevant qualifications and experience. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
• Work with leading professionals to make accurate assessments for patients prior to their surgery.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge and assessment skills to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
• Build your experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities.
• Collaborate with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care.
