Job summary

Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for Pre-Assessment on a bank contract. The role is part-time with weekend work and involves supporting patients through pre-assessment processes on site in Bristol.

You will be registered with the NMC and bring post‑registration experience, contributing to a high standard of patient care within a consultant-led environment. The role offers ad-hoc hours to fit business needs and your availability.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration and post-registration experience.
• Flexible, motivated and a strong team player.
• Available for bank/adhoc hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker.
• Join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward.
• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs.
• Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around.
• Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.

Staff Nurse - Pre Assessment (Bank)

As a Staff Nurse - Pre Assessment at our Bristol Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
