Job summary

Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for Outpatients on a bank/ad-hoc basis. You will be registered with the NMC and bring post‑registration experience to support a busy Outpatients service. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care and flexibility to cover ad‑hoc shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC and appropriate governing body.
• Post‑registration experience relevant to Outpatients/Nursing.

Up to £21.50 per hour, depending on experience

As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be alert, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As an Outpatients Staff Nurse, you will:

• Show your passion for delivering excellent patient care
• Working in a busy and fast environment you will manage a varied and interesting caseload in Outpatients services
• Take part in a wide range of procedures, manage clinics and apply your extensive clinical skills to aid recovery
• Instinctively meet the needs of patients and their families, offering comfort and reassurance
• Work with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care
• Enjoy more time to care and get to know your patients
