Job summary

Fortius Clinic in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join the Surgical Ward. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a leading orthopaedic and spinal clinic alongside world-class specialists.

The role requires a valid NMC PIN, at least 2 years post-registration inpatient experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends. A strong CPD record and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and post-registration inpatient experience.
• Undertaken a phlebotomy course with current practice in the area.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Spinal or orthopaedic experience preferred.
• Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems.
• Knowledge of the NMC code of conduct and its application.
• Ability to deliver high standard of individualised care.
• Able to work in a team and manage own workload.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN
• A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience from an inpatients setting
• Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Relevant spinal or orthopaedic experience
• Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application.
• Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care.
• Up to date clinical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
