Fortius Clinic are expanding their Scrub team in London. We are hiring a full-time permanent Scrub Nurse to join our Surgical Centre in Marylebone, working across theatre sites with flexible hours between 07:00 and 22:00.

The role focuses on high-quality perioperative care for orthopaedic and spinal cases, supporting the entire surgical pathway and contributing to a collaborative operating theatre environment with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active NMC/HCPC registration is required.
• Educated to degree level with substantial professional development.
• ILS Qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification operating theatre experience with orthopaedic/spinal scrub skills.
• Strong organisational and communications skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team and mentor others.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.

Fortius Clinic are expanding their Scrub team!

We are currently hiring a new Scrub Nurse to join us on a full-time permanent basis in London.

This is to work on average 37.5 hours per week (162.5 hours per month).

Surgical Centre based in Marylebone, London.

Work flexibly Monday - Saturday across our theatre sites.

Start as early as 07:00 or finish as late at 22:00.

Purpose of Job

The purpose of the Scrub Nurse role is to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate perioperative care, with a focus on orthopaedic and spinal procedures within a private surgical setting.

The post-holder supports the entire surgical pathway while maintaining clinical excellence, adhering to regulatory and professional standards, and contributing to the smooth running of the operating theatre through collaboration, leadership, and ongoing professional development.
