VerseOne Group invites applications for a nursing role focused on delivering individualized patient care with privacy and dignity. You will assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate care plans, and support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in maintaining high standards of service.

You will contribute to a clean, safe clinical environment and communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery.

Description du poste

Your role will be to provide a high standard of individualized care to patients, whilst maintaining at all times their privacy and dignity, assessing care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care and contributing to supporting the Senior Sister/ Charge Nurse.

You will support the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness in their own clinical area, communicate effectively and work in partnership with patients, their relatives/carers, nursing colleagues and members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure care is delivered in an accurate and efficient manner whilst establishing and maintaining good communication with the ward/department administrative, housekeeping and domestic staff.

You will become an effective team member who will consistently organise and deliver individualized patient care, ensuring patients' physical, social and psychological needs are met whilst supporting Nurse Led Discharge within area of responsibility and actively participate in discharging/ transferring 'Medically fit' patients to more appropriate settings., We not only offer you a good working environment with flexible working opportunities, but also the opportunity to develop your career with access to appropriate training for your job and the support to succeed and progress.
