This is a permanent, part-time role of 18.5 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary. The shift pattern includes rotation between days and nights.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to join our team at the Medical Assessment Unit/Out of Hours Service at the Vale of Leven Hospital.
The post involves supporting both the Medical Assessment Unit and the GP Out of Hours Service:
Candidates should have experience in emergency care, with skills in early recognition and treatment of unwell patients. Support and training, including mentorship, are provided.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with an interest in education and unscheduled care development, are essential.
Immediate Life Support certification is required. The role involves rotation between day and night shifts. Applicants must be registered nurses trained in adult general nursing and must hold PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
