Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Registered Nurse for an Assessment and Treatment unit in Macclesfield. The role involves working with adults with learning disabilities within a multidisciplinary team, taking referrals from local and specialist services across the Northwest, and delivering intensive assessment and treatment plans.

The successful candidate will develop person-centred plans, support the team, and benefit from career development

Qualifications

• Must have strong and positive values, be enthusiastic, have good communication skills and able to build effective working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the shift and offer supervision sessions to Clinical Support Workers.
• Develop person-centred plans and work with the MDT to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Work within a multi-professional framework as named nurse for adults with learning disabilities.
